All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Comfortable and intimate small meeting room that comfortably sits up to 4 people for efficient and effective brainstorming sessions, trainings, meetings and private conversations.This room is equipped with a monitor, wireless connector, and has a small window that looks out on the workspace and provides natural light while maintaining privacy. ADDITIONAL SERVICES Any additional furnishings, equipment, decor, etc. may be an additional cost to the guest. Host will work with guests and forward to Peerspace Concierge with anything else. LOAD-IN TO LOAD-OUT
Included in booking rate. Please coordinate with the on-site manager for any and all drop offs and pickups THE DAY OF the event. An additional fee may apply for any load-in and load-out outside of date of the booking.
RESTRICTIONS:
*No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building.
*No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site.
*No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects.
*No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed.
SETUP AND CLEANUP TIMES
Set-up and clean-up time should be included as part of your total rental time. Please consider your setup and teardown needs for the evening and factor time into your booking accordingly. Per Peerspace terms, overtime charge at 1.5x

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
