Located on the 2nd floor of a residential building within The Domain, this space provides easy access for your all your Austin based meetings. Alcohol may not be served/consumed in this space at anytime. Space is handicap accessible. Restrooms are located near the space. Parking is easy to access in the area. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. I would not rent this space again. The rental process was super easy, they allowed us to book last minute, and the location was pretty great. However, that was pretty much the best of the experience all around. The wifi was really bad/borderline unusable, and there was no cell service to substitute our phone hot spots. We tried to have the staff help with resetting is but they offered no alternatives. The room was easily unlockable, bathrooms were not nearby and the A/C was loud as well as the hall the room was adjoining. Overall, not worth $50 an hour.

Pros: - Great location. Cons: - Wifi was not dependable. - No trashcan in room. - Booked for 8:30am but later told could not be let in until 9am.

Perfect for small team meetings and easily accessible to parking, dining, shopping, and hotels. The hosts were very friendly and were able to bring in additional chairs for guests. It's in the middle of a residential complex but if all you need is a functional meeting space, this space should serve you well. Only downside was internet access was a bit spotty–not everyone was able to connect to WiFi and cell phone coverage inside the building wasn't great.
