You will love our space because it is unique. We have brick walls, exposed beams, a loft, concrete floors. Located right on Main Street in Santa Monica you can not get a better location. This space would be perfect for so many different types of events. Many people say it feels like they are in New York when they walk in the doors. We have beautiful Macrame wall hangings by a local artist as well as photographs done by a local surfer from venice in the upstairs loft. There are so many special touches, that is will make any occasion feel special.
No smoking inside the building, this is a space used for meditation so no inappropriate activity. Keeping noise to a respectful level. No under age drinking. Security deposit is required. Please be respectful to the property and the items inside the building.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
