The parlor floor is an open floor plan (50 ft x 23.5ft), with a modern kitchen that opens to a deck via a wall of accordion windows that look to back yard and bamboo. Lots of visually nice townhouses on the street, and even clapboard houses from the middle 1800s. House is close to both Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan Bridge. Subway stop (G) is three blocks away. Less than half a block to delis and restaurants. 0.5 mile from I-278 onramp/exit. House is 2 blocks from Brooklyn Navy Yard and Steiner Studios.

This location was absolutely beautiful. The natural light that came in through all the windows was perfect. There was more than enough space to move around and shoot in the rooms.
