For Weekday reservations after 6 PM, there is a 3 hour minimum. For Weekend reservations there is a 4 hour minimum. The conference room is part of a co-working facility, therefore we ask to be mindful of all other attendees while in the space. The room is its own private space. For Weekday reservations after 6 PM, there is a 3 hour minimum. For Weekend reservations there is a 4 hour minimum. Guest may enter room 15 minutes prior to reservation. Guest must exit room 15 minutes after reservation. This helps Mindrome ensure adequate timing for other guests to using the room. Mindrome room setup fee is an additional $100.00. If you require the room to be set up prior to your arrival, please notify Peerspace or Mindrome. We expect our guests to leave the room clean and tidy, just like how they found it.
