No Smoking and No Alcohol inside the building. You may bring outside food. All trash must be cleared out, space vacuumed and furniture to put back in the state it was upon arrival. Only painters tape can be used if anything is to be put up on the walls.
The hall was a good size and served our purpose. We were hosting a baby shower there with approximately 50 people in attendance. The owner was nice too. I am only rating it 4 stars because the hall had some materials there from another event, and they were sensitive material. We were not allowed to move them, so they hindered our decorations a bit. I think it would be nice if they clear the hall of any personal items when they rent it out, or at least mention it in the listing. It will make it clear to renters of what they can expect. Otherwise, the hall was great and convenient for the event. Thanks for letting us host our event here!
Rabia was responsive via messages overall. The space was as advertised, although there is a fee for the AV equipment that is not listed in the description. We rented it for a professional event. The staff was very helpful. The place could smell a little musty and was not super bright. Good value for the price! Large parking lot was very helpful.
