About the Space
This quirky 1,000 sq ft storefront with giant windows is a great set for any housing, hostel, dormitory, co-living scene for your productions! 10 of our custom built pods, handicap shower, 2 toilets, full kitchen, concrete floors, and dining nook. Street parking only. The side of our building has a giant mural that we can get rights to. For $200/hour + site rep, you would privately rent this entire 1,000 sq ft space. We do not have permission to shoot in the remainder of the building, and do not have parking onsite. We ask for at least 1 week notice if possible.
General Rules
We are an active co-living space, so we will have to figure out how your shoot will not negatively impact our members or have you rent the place out for the night :)

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
