We have Lighting an Camera Equipment & MORE for rent at request. INSURANCE ANY AND ALL EVENTS in the venue will have to have insurance in place to cover liability. We do not allow any uninsured vendors on the property. There is a link below to obtain insurance coverage for the day. Event Helper https://www.theeventhelper.com/ SMOKING There are Designated smoking areas in the venue. There are signs within the space that indicates smoking and nonsmoking areas. Any area with furniture with cushions we do not allow smoking. Any damages to the furniture due to not fully following guidelines set in place will be the financial responsibility of the individual who has booked the space. MUSIC NO LOUD MUSIC on Monday-Thurs. Music can only be loud according to the following schedule : - Fridays 8 pm- 2am -Saturdays 10am- 2am -Sundays 8am-8pm Anything outside of this time frame music should be lowered to a suitable volume. ALCOHOL For any event involving alcohol, It requires that you hire a licensed and insured bartender. Please Submit all proof of certificates an insurance documents a day before your event. We do NOT allow the selling of any alcoholic beverages or BYOB events. Check add ons if you need a bartender to be provided for you. BOOKING TIMES & FEES Extra charges will apply to any time not agreed upon. Setup and clean up time must be included in your booking. Due to liability purposes we do not allow anyone on the premises before or after their scheduled event time. If you need time to decorate please include it in your booking. Clean up isn't after, but within agreed booking time. Please include the clean up time within your booking. All guests (including catering, decorators, djs, vendors, media, etc.) is solely the responsibility of the person/ persons who have booked the venue. They also shouldn't be in the venue before or after the end time agreed upon for your event. This will be considered overtime. You will be charged an hour plus whatever fees that may apply. We have events and staff to account for, so we are mindful and respectful of time to eliminate confusion and delays. Please have a solid plan to arrive and depart the venue on time. Their are NO EXCEPTIONS SPACE DETAILS: The Dining space area under the trellis sits up to 16 people, which is great for intimate private dinners. There are three large outdoor patio sofa spaces and multiple single individual chairs. We also have a full bathroom and dish sink available. Celebrate any event you can imagine while we make it a special event to remember. We have one of a kind hosting services that will go above and beyond to make sure things are within your expectations.Any damages to the furniture due to not fully following guidelines set in place to avoid this problem. The financial responsibility will on the individual who has booked the space. No pets are allowed. Unless rented there is no outside grill allowed. DECORATING REGULATIONS: No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. Glitter or confetti is allowed with an accompanying $100 clean-up fee. No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. Face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity is allowed in designated areas and with proper floor protection and an accompanying $100 clean-up fee. Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request. It was a unique outdoor lounge for my daughters 18th birthday. The place was nice, clean and cozy. For it to be October, the weather was very nice for being outside. Pleasant host and very helpful, good with assist and directions, the parking was good. The place to take your pictures was really nice and bright the colors were bright, my daughter was obsessed with the colors, the pictures and the phones that were there. I would be definitely be throwing another event here.

Great Host. Perfect location. Beautiful venue! The location was perfect for the event and the venue was such a vibe. I Hardly needed anything because Charles had pretty much anything I could think of in the add-ons, which made life so much easier! The night went smoothed and I honestly will be booking again for my next event! If you’re looking for a Williamsburg vibe in queens, this is the place for it! The aesthetic is gorgeous and You can tell this place was designed with love! Charles was super amazing and very accommodating, he understood what I was looking for and gave me every suggestion he could think of to make it easier for me to plan. I worked with Charles, Valerie and their team to create a fun space for a milestone birthday party. They were all very helpful, cordial and honest throughout the entire booking process. The venue was cleaned and outfitted just as discussed, and Charles even tried to help me with coordinating some outside equipment I needed in the eleventh hour. I definitely look forward to booking with them again and highly recommend others to do the same.

Great venue! Host is friendly and super helpful! His staff was helpful as well! Great vibes and our crowd had an assume time! Our event was until 2AM but ended up extended it and the host was very helpful at accommodating us!
