Our space is sure to be the best location for your next production. The studio space is made up of a 525 square foot opened floor plan with huge windows and tons of natural light. We are located on a third-floor walk up that overlooks Brooklyn in all its glory. We strive to make your booking with us as easy and as simple as possible. This is why we operate on a self-service dynamic. You are given your own access code to enter the studio, where you are free to use it and operate it as if it were your own. Self-service: The day before your booking you will be provided with 2 access codes that will allow you to gain access into the facility. The first code will allow you to gain entry into the building. The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times. Buff Rotating Speedring for Alien Bees BACKDROP SEAMLESS PAPER: For an additional $25.00 added to your booking fee, you can use any backdrop paper in the studio. We keep the white and black seamless paper in stock at all times. We typically have other colors as well. Please request before your booking date to check on the availability of selected colors. If we do not have a specific color in stock we can order it for you and have it delivered to the studio. We charge for the cost of the paper and delivery fee. The paper will be yours to keeps. If you decide to leave the roll with us we will charge you for only half of the cost plus delivery fee. You are more than welcome to bring and use your own background paper. SET UP & BREAK DOWN: Please keep in mind that set up and break down times are to be included in your scheduled booking time. We do provide a 10 minute grace period at the end of your booking. If you overstay your end time after 10 minutes you will be charged a half hour rate CLEANING We have a cleaning service that comes in to sweep, mop and put everything back in its place after each booking. This does not mean you do not have to clean up after yourself. Please tidy up before leaving. Put everything that you do not want and are not taking back with you into garbage bags. i.e. balloons, props, confetti, drinks or anything you might have placed in the fridge. Liquids – please dispose of all liquids into the sink before placing the item into a garbage bag. Please note that the water cooler is not a drain. Please do not dispose of any liquids in the water cooler. If you do not follow proper cleaning protocol you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $30.00 Please keep in mind that our studio floors are white and attract dirt and stains fairly easily. We ask that you remove your shoes or put on shoe covers provided prior to entering the studio. Please keep feet off the walls as well. We want to preserve the floors and walls to avoid repainting. In the event that we have to repaint due to your event or production, an extra fee of $45.00 will be charged towards your booking. We thank you in advance for your consideration. In order to maintain a clean and efficiently working studio, we ask that you abide by the studio's rules and policies. Please help keep our studio floors clean by removing shoes or wearing the shoe covers provided. Please keep the sound and noise at a respectable level. Please keep all guests within our studio walls. No fraternizing in the hallways or around the building. Filming and shooting are only permitted within the studio space unless granted permission. Access to the rooftop can be granted with notice and supervision If something breaks please let us know immediately No smoking in studio or building
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
Great experience renting this space! Plenty of equipment on hand to use, easy self-service entry access. The owner Adolphus made sure the space was perfect. Even when I left something behind after exiting, I called him and he quickly opened the room back up remotely so I could retrieve my item. I would definitely rent again.
