Updated February 29, 2020 - PLEASE READ We are a Brooklyn based creative studio space where we allow other creatives to use the space as if it were their own. We strive to make your booking with us as easy and as simple as possible. This is why we operate on a self-service dynamic. You are given your own access code to enter the studio. You will be provided with 2 access codes that will allow you to gain access to the facility. The first code will allow you to gain entry into the building. The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times. Amenities: + Foldable Tables + Foldable Chairs + Rolling Makeup Vanity Station + Self-Serve Spring water, coffee, tea + Mini Fridge + Microwave + Couch area + Bluetooth wireless speaker + Bathroom Caddy (toilet paper, hand soap, etc) + Shoe Covers + Handheld Steamer + Clothing Rack w/ Hangers + AC/ Heater Studio Equipment included in the rental: + AlienBees 800 Flash Unit + 5-in-1 Collapsible Reflector + 4X8 V-flats (X2) + Wireless Remote Triggers (X2) + Umbrellas White and silver (X2) + 4 Light Stands +Crossbar Backdrop System *if you know you need any of the equipment specified on the day of your shoot please advise us before your booking so the equipment is guaranteed to be at the studio. Add Ons: Backdrop Seamless Paper + Additional $25.00 for seamless paper backdrop. (white paper available, if you know you are going to need it's best to add it when you request your booking that way it is guaranteed to be in the studio the day of your booking) After Hours +Bookings that are booked or go past 11 pm will require a $30.00 after hour booking fee Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee will be automatically included in your booking. The cleaning fee covers our payment for our weekly cleaning service, cleaning supplies, painting of studio floors and walls and replenishment of shoe covers. Please keep in mind you will still be responsible for your own trash removal. Please note: For security and insurance purposes there are working security cameras in the studio. Studio Space is also very easily accessible it is within walking distance of several MTA lines and the LIRR. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Great experience! Adolphus was very responsive & accommodating. I really appreciated him accepting my 2 schedule changes. The studio itself was great as well - just as advertised. Clean walls, clean room, with tools all around just in case we needed it. We did a minimal photoshoot & it was perfect fo rit.
