Located in the heart of the Capitol Heights business district, our workshop space is perfect for your next team meeting, workshop, presentation, brainstorming session, pop-up shop, business launch, seminar, sip n paint or related business ideas! We are a bunch of passionate entrepreneurs who want to share our space with other current and aspiring entrepreneurs. - Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

I absolutely love this place I will definitely want to book again. The owner was completely forthcoming with all information gave the details needed to enter the venue was very simple A specific to me as a host. This is a professional place and also creative space. The place can be flipped into many different things including a Production space.
