All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This beautiful studio is approximately 1000sq ft, located on the second floor and has stair access only. We have two east-facing windows that provide excellent natural light. Hair and Makeup station available along with WIFI, 50" TV equipped with APPLE TV and mini-fridge. This studio is ideal for small to medium-sized productions and groups that do not exceed ten people in total. Most popular for individual and small group portrait shoots, family shoots, model testing, engagement shoots, and small-scale E-commerce shoots. We include a basic Paul Buff strobe kit with every rental and the studio is equipped with furniture, stools, apple boxes and plants that can be used as props.

Lighting description
Two large east facing windows allowing natural light to come in during the morning and afternoons. Natural light is optimal from the early morning through late afternoon. Windows can be blocked with vflats for light control.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
For video productions requiring a quiet space, please note the ambient noise level varies. This is a photo-focused studio located inside of a co-working building with other active tenants. Unfortunately, we have no control over factors outside of our unit.

Electrical system description
Power rating is equivalent to residential property. A total of 8 outlets occupy the space, four on the north wall, four on the south wall.
Circuit breaker can not be accessed
General Rules
Rental time begins promptly at the prescribed starting time and ends promptly at the prescribed ending time, regardless if renter and/or renter’s party is late.
No smoking is allowed in the studio. Projects involving smoke must receive studio consent
Music is to be kept at reasonable levels
No one will be admitted who is under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances
No pets allowed without prior consent of a company representative
Maximum of 8 people in renter’s party. Total 15 people max in the studio at one time.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Smoke machines are allowed
Nudity is allowed
