The above rate includes a parking lot, 7,000 sf for catering/crafty/staging, chairs & tables and utilities/AC. The offices are brand new and very spacious. The North Office has a conference room with an 80 inch flat screen TV, DVD player, large communal space, kitchen and bathroom. The South Office has 2 private individual offices, large communal space, kitchen and bathroom. Each office is furnished with essentials (desks, couch, chairs, tables etc...) What are the parking and load-in / load-out options on site? - Easy load in with two 16 x 10 sliding doors, parking for 37 cars onsite plus trucks. Additional parking lot for 80+ vehicles available.

I can't recommend this space enough. We're a small production that makes stuff that looks big. So money counts, but so does the look and quality of a space and its management. This place is amazing. It had exactly the look we needed and the work is going to make our clients proud. As important, the site managers are also filmmakers. They get you. They are patient. And they run a tight ship. They are friendly, and will help explain the "whys" if needed. They are accommodating. And they have plenty of amenities to help you make your day. I cannot thank the managers enough. Keaton was great! Truly appreciative of him accommodating our needs last minute. The office was clean and spacious. The space was perfect for our filming needs and there is plenty of parking for crew. I highly recommend working with Keaton and making use of his Culver City-based office space!
