1. $2,000,000 liability per incident, $1,000,000 auto liability (if using a car for the event), $1,000,000 workers comp (if renter has employees) required. 2. No smoking. 3. No pets except service animals. 4. Only compostable plates, cups, utensils allowed. 5. Trash must be separated at end of event or customer must remove trash from premises. 6. No political fundraising events. 7. Food may be brought in, alcohol for private parties with no selling OK, alcohol at public events can only be provided by the venue.
