Beautiful Bright Sherman Oaks Home

The property is available for professional photo shoots and videos. The home is available from 8 am to 6 pm with prior notice. Longer reservations negotiable. It is in the heart of Sherman Oaks and minutes away from Studio City. This is a 5 bedroom 5 bathroom home; however, the following are the areas used for the shoots: 1. Front Yard 2. Back Yard 3. Master Bedroom 4. Master Bathroom 5. Living Room 6. Dining Room 7. Kitchen I recently purchased a Lexus LC 500, that can also be used as a prop for photo and video shoots for an additional fee. The vehicle cannot be driven due to insurance constraints. If proper insurance can be provided, driving the vehicle can be discussed. The house has 4 other rooms and 4 other bathrooms that can be utilized subject to additional fees. The property has been used successfully for professional photo shoots and for various video projects by both small and large production companies (All types of shoots are welcome). The largest crew that has used the home was approximately 100 people through a major studio. The house is also designed as such that its drive way can be used for craft services. As part of the shoot, I require to know the time needed, number of people involved, the nature of the photo shoot or video, and I or a friend of mine must be present at the property during the shoot to make sure the property is respected and left as it was found. Also to help with any issues that may arise. This home is not a vacant house used only for photo and video shoots. Please note that I do expect all guests to leave the home clean and orderly. Please note that even if the day is blocked it may still be possible to book afternoon shoots
