This listing is for production only with a maximum of 15 people. The venue has a 2000 Sq foot main room with a Lounge and Parlor connected. The garage door opens up onto the large patio. We are located right off of Airport Way in Georgetown right behind Jules Maes Saloon. The venue is full of vintage treasures from the juke boxes to the funny mirror, but it's elegance endures with large wooden beams throughout the venue and a beautiful antique bar in the lounge. We have a functioning 1950's era kitchen that looks like a movies set! The venue holds up to 200 people. With our rate structure, the venue is perfect for small groups for casual use, as well as for grand affairs! We have multiple listings for this venue. All alcohol must be served by a class 12 certified bartender and you must obtain a banquet permit from the Washington State Liquor & Cannabis Board. Evenings, weekends & holidays will be billed at a higher rate.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Perfect location for our photoshoot. The staff is wonderful to work with and was quick to respond to any questions leading up to and on the day of the shoot. Production nerd note - EASIEST load in EVER. There is driveway with a garage door that opens right into the main space! And there are outlets EVERYWHERE! And they have table and chair rental too! :) Overall great experience.

The Stables was a great location to have our reception. It truly provided the rustic vibe you'd expect from a quant Seattle venue. The staff was accommodating and provided top-notch support for us from the minute we arrived until the moment we departed. They helped with set-up and tear down along with cleaning. They also checked in with us periodically during the event to see if they could help us with anything. Simply a great experience!

It is definitely a unique experience, one which all of the guests enjoyed as a welcome departure from normal meeting environments.
