This simple and beautiful studio located in the heart of Downtown Seattle truly has a unique loft feel. A spacious and open room designed with light-colored wood floors, white walls and tons of natural light, this creative and modern work space is the perfect setting for networking, social events, pop-ups, and workshops. AVAILABILITY All bookings require a 4-Hour Minimum Monday-Friday | Available after 5pm Weekends | Full Day Half Day: $500 Minimum (4 hr) Full Day: $850 Minimum (8+ hr) SPACE FEATURES 1000 Total Square Feet 10’ tall ceilings 60 Standing Capacity INCLUDED IN BOOKING Private Use of Studio On-Site Manager Wifi All Lounge Furnishings (yoga bolsters, Mexican blankets) CATERING | FOOD+DRINKS Although we do not offer onsite catering, you are welcome to work with the Peerspace Concierge Team. Please message host regarding alcohol. A $200 ABC license fee may apply to larger functions. ADDITIONAL RENTALS + SERVICES Any additional furnishings, equipment, decor, etc. may be an additional cost to the guest. Host will work with guests and forward to Peerspace Concierge with anything else. CONVENIENCE Host can provide Load-in and Load-out details with each guest. Street parking and parking garages are close by. Recommend shared rides.

License required. *Food: Outside catering is allowed with prior approval. ADDITIONAL TRASH FEE A cleaning fee is included in all full-day rentals. An additional $X fee will apply for excessive trash removal at Host's discretion. Guests are encouraged to take all trash upon end of booking to avoid this fee. LOAD-IN TO LOAD-OUT Included in booking rate. Please coordinate with the facility manager for any and all drop offs and pickups THE DAY OF the event. An additional fee per day will apply for any load-in and load-out outside of date of the booking. RESTRICTIONS: *No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. *No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. *No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. *No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed. INSURANCE: Additional Event Insurance is required and may be obtained through Eventhelper.com. Please list the host as additional insured. DOOR MANAGEMENT: High-traffic Events (ie: large groups or rentals with multiple people cycling in and out during the evening) will require someone from the Guest's team to help manage building access. EARLY DROP OFFS & LATE PICKUPS: Early drop offs of equipment outside normal booking hours will require a $50.00 per scheduled appointment. IMPORTANT: Please consider your setup and teardown needs for the evening and factor time into your booking accordingly. Thank you.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
