Let us make planning your next meeting or party a breeze! Our versatile event space has mastered it all – offsite meetings, networking mixers, engagement parties, formal dinners – not to mention the occasional yoga class and wine tasting reception. Our on-site restaurant caters to your needs (no outside food or beverage allowed) while our staff ensures our audio-visual equipment is set up for your group. All you have to do is show up, which is quite easy by bike, Max, or car (we have two on-site parking lots)! Space details: • One adjacent event room with dividing wall – available to use! • Natural light from wall-to-wall windows that overlook the Portland Waterfront • LCD projector with retractable screen and motorized blackout shades • Standard tables, chairs, linens, catering equipment, and AV included in the room rental • Additional AV: Polycom conference phone, PA system, wireless microphone, laser presenter, complimentary wifi Capacities by configurations: Reception: 60 guests standing Theater: 48 guests Rounds: 48 guests Classroom: 32 guests U Shape: 24 guests Hollow Square: 26 guests Conference: 16 guests Need more reception space? This was perfect space for our meeting! The service was outstanding (from pre-event through post-event); the food was good and the atmosphere was just what we needed - formal, yet fun. The view is beautiful and parking was easy.

Overall the event went very smooth because Sara and the event staff were amazing to work with. The location/view is perfect, snacks were delicious, and the venue setup itself was very accommodating for a 2-day kickoff with 32 attendees. We had issues with the microphones for the first half of day 1 and the venue is right next to the restaurant dining area. During peak hours it can be really noisy with guests chatting over lunch and only having a glass wall dividing you from them. However, Sara and the staff were quick to find solutions to minimize the noise level and even sat people farther away from the room. Their accommodations were greatly appreciated. If we have another event in the area, we'll definitely be booking this space again!

Really great space for a workshop. Access to natural light, great wifi, a markerboard wall, and close food options helped keep everyone plugged into the session. We will be back.
