Guests will have exclusive access to our main floor (~3,000 ft²), consisting of open space, two meeting rooms, a bathroom, and kitchen. Our light-filled upstairs loft area is only available for photographers doing portrait or product photography; if you're a photographer, please inquire! We're ideal for intimate gatherings such as book clubs and discussion groups, workshops, baby showers and low-key parties, and networking events. We'd love to share our space with likeminded individuals and groups who share our values. The space is available on select nights and weekends. CONVENIENCE Located in the Mission district of San Francisco (walking distance from BART station).

This space is incredible! It was beautiful, very spacious, and well equipped for our casual family event. Furniture was easily movable to create an even more comfortable vibe. Peggy was kind and generous with her time and support. I would highly recommend! One small note: neighborhood parking was challenging and the location was not well marked, but neither of those details should deter anyone looking to use this a warm and inviting space. I'd be thrilled to book again.

Everything was perfect. The space is so cozy and filled with great vibes that our guests wanted to move in. :) Peggy was super helpful, communicative, and thoughtful. Which is a sign of a great host. But on top of that Peggy was also just incredibly kind. She was flexible when we had to reschedule after getting covid and just overall made us feel at home and comfortable. The space was lovely, large, and quirky. There are two levels with a large central space and multiple additional spaces inside for separate conversations or activities. There were plenty of chairs and tables to go around. You enter on the street level and go up a flight of stairs to get into the space. Peggy was very responsive, accommodating, and all around pleasant to work with.

I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing of a space The Ruby is. I held my best friend’s bridal shower here and Peggy was so thorough and helpful throughout the entire process. I would absolutely book another event here.

The Ruby was a beautiful space and provided the perfect location for the type of event we were hosting. I had a great experience communicating with Peggy. They had no problem showing me the space before our event, and was very welcoming.
