Available 7-days a week | please see times below $675 Venue Rental Minimum A work and gathering space for creatives during the day, housing a spacious, 3,800 ft² former winery, outfitted with comfortable couches, café, dining, and bar tables with chairs, and bar stools. Guests will have exclusive access to our main floor (~3,000 ft²), consisting of open space, two meeting rooms, a bathroom, and kitchen. Our light-filled upstairs loft area is only available for photographers doing portrait or product photography; if you're a photographer, please inquire! We're ideal for intimate gatherings such as book clubs and discussion groups, workshops, baby showers and low-key parties, and networking events. We'd love to share our space with likeminded individuals and groups who share our values. The space is available on select nights and weekends. CONVENIENCE Located in the Mission district of San Francisco (walking distance from BART station).

The space was lovely, large, and quirky. There are two levels with a large central space and multiple additional spaces inside for separate conversations or activities. There were plenty of chairs and tables to go around. You enter on the street level and go up a flight of stairs to get into the space. Peggy was very responsive, accommodating, and all around pleasant to work with.

Absolutely love the space!! Has various rooms to hold cast, setup hair and makeup, and clients. Great aesthetic! We filmed interviews during a weekend, and the sound was fairly good, we got the occasional planes, and bus or loud cars, but nothing surprising since you are filming in a space in the city and not a typical studio. Honestly sound was manageable. The space is what is great and worth it. Keep in mind for load-in it's up a narrow flight of stairs. But has a bottom closed in space we used to stage so we didn't bring everything up! Mostly street parking and a garage that is about 15 min walk. Would love to come back here and film again, space is eclectic, tons of room to stage or put people plus supporting a space run by women!
