It's easily adaptable and can comfortably fit an ample number of people for unforgettable events in our spacious urban retreat. Bonuses include adundant free street parking (did we mention free and abundant parking?) outdoor area with succulent garden. A roll-up door allows for hassle-free load-in and load-out. Lockable gate gives you peace of mind during set-up/break-down. * Rates may vary if booking requests extend beyond the business hours of 9am - 6pm, Monday thru Friday. Closing time is 11pm. We are 1 blocks from the Hudson MUNI T stop, also serviced by The 23 and 39 buses. The space is few steps away from the stunning Flora Grub Garden Center, on a quiet and primarily industrial street. An array of friendly mom-and-pop restaurants and small businesses dot the streets on the perimeter for quick, convenient bites or last minute errands for your event or project needs. Traffic in the neighborhood is a relative breeze. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This was a fantastic space! Melanie is a very responsive and supportive host, the location offers lots of parking and easy access, provides a good sound system and just a very fun and inviting space for our kids self defense workshop. We took a ton of photos for our own documentation, and thanks to the great natural lighting and the cool space itself, they turned out really beautifully. Will definitely book again!
