No sound only for now- due to construction site next door. This apartment includes access to a large open kitchen, dining area, and living room, 1 bathroom, and a very large and spacious patio. Outdoor space can be used for events, parties, photo shoots. I have seating for about 8-10 people, but if you bring folding chairs and tables it would be possible to seat 20 people outside. The indoor space has also been used for interior design, fashion and textile design photo shoots, commercials and interview video shoots. Apartment is on the second floor of a walk-up in Clinton Hill/Prospect Heights, central to many restaurants and subway stops.

The space was beautiful & looked even more spacious than the photos! Our host was very nice and allowed us to freely execute what we were doing.

The space is accurately displayed in the photos - beautiful, well-designed, spacious, lots of daylight. However, we did have a few issues. Upon arrival, the apartment was uncomfortably warm. We asked to turn on the air conditioning unit, which we did, but after 45 minutes or so, we realized it was not blowing cold air, just operating the fan. This made the apartment even warmer. At one point the thermometer on the AC unit read 85 degrees. We were later informed her that it was broken. It was the first time our host mentioned that the unit was malfunctioning, even after helping us turn it on in the first place. We had to scramble to purchase a box fan to ensure the space was comfortable for everyone. Fortunately, the outdoor patio space was available and it wasn't too warm of a day where we could stage folks outside. The other issue that was not brought to our attention beforehand is the large construction site right next door. The construction crew operated large machinery throughout most of the day, which caused major scheduling conflicts with our sound. We had to change up our schedule, which caused us to go one hour over our scheduled time. If these two things were communicated beforehand, we would have not booked the space. In an ideal world, if these two issues were not resolved, it would be a really great space.
