All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This beautifully designed club room lounge is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting located in Shirlington Village. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling or formal dining. A wet bar with utility fridge makes this space ideal for events that utilize catering. The space features: 2 Mounted TV's with Cable Formal dining table and chairs for 8-10 guests Wifi Wet bar and utility Fridge Floor to ceiling windows for natural light and a view of Shirlington Village Fully private space Easy Parking within the building This space can comfortably hold up to 50 guests. We do recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. Parking is available within the building - public parking garage. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable.

Depending on your event we may require a Certificate of Insurance prior to a booking. Event Insurance can be purchased by visiting www.theventhelper.com
Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free.
Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby on the first floor.
Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends.
We are located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents and their pets as you enter and exit the building. Please be mindful of that when booking your event.
Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time.
For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met.
All guest hosts are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event.

The space was great, there was a little confusion at the beginning but over all a great space for a great event. I loved the look and would book again. I had to book with realty tight turn around as my previous space canceled on me last minute. Lauren was super responsive and helpful in making sure things moved quickly and smoothly.

The space itself was very nice but several of the lights were not working. There are no signs or directions to the restroom or the trash room so we had to search for them. Parking in the garage was convenient for accessing the walkway to the club room. There’s not a broom or vacuum in the club room to use when cleaning up after the event. It would’ve been nice to have these there so we wouldn’t need to bring them in with us. The wet bar area was very convenient and great to have for an event like the bridal shower I hosted.

The perfect space for a baby shower! The space was easy to access and clean. All communication with and instructions from Lauren were clear and prompt. I ended up adding an extra hour for the reservation, and Lauren quickly made the change for me.

This was the perfect space for my daughter's law school graduation celebration. We had a slight hiccup with the microwave not working, but the concierge immediately helped us out with providing a replacement. Even the residents were so kind with helping me find my way through the building, garage & trash chute. I would definitely recommend this space!

I wanted something with ambiance that wouldn't require too much work, and this club room did exactly that. To add to my experience, Lauren was more than exceptional!
