Built in 1905 by a prominent timber baron, this home is suitable for upscale events, photo or video shoots trying to capture aspirational images, or any photo shoot that needs a lot of natural light (all sides of the house are heavily windowed, and the house is on a street-to-street lot). Photo and video production teams have liked this house as there is ample room for crew, catering, and staging. Because there is a chef's kitchen as well as a dining room and breakfast room, butler's pantry, etc. it could easily host-food related events. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and two full baths. In the basement there is a mother in law suite with an additional two full bathrooms. This house is not suitable for children's events or fitness events.
There is no smoking in or around the home including the backyard and garage area. Alcohol and pets are permitted only on a case by case basis. No adult industry. No pyrotechnics. No excessive noise. Furniture can be moved by the owner only. We also request event insurance. Guests must obey all local and applicable laws.
This house was fantastic for our social media photo shoot. Rachel was so helpful and thoughtful. There are tons of rooms and surfaces for different shots. Everything, including the yard is kept in immaculate condition. Thanks again Rachel!

We booked this house for a small photo shoot. The house is spacious, has beautiful architecture and great light. The decor is minimal but very tasteful and perfectly suited our needs. Rachel, the host, was responsive and quite pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.
