All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This space is a steal! We've priced it competitively as we may have two staff (at max) working during the rental time. This space is available for rent to creative professionals- photographers, hair/makeup artists, videographers for use as a creative studio, photo sessions or as a meeting space for business, baby/bridal showers. Located on Main St. right by the Los Gatos trail. This space is available for rent by the hour. -Open space and high ceilings with tables and chairs that can be moved/stacked -Private bathroom; Office available for additional $30/hr -Free WiFi -Approximately 1000 square feet -Close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. -Fits 40 max, seated - Food and Drinks allowed after approval Hours: -Rental times are available from 9am-5pm Tuesday - Fridays -Minimum of two hours for rental

There is street parking that has a max of two hours between 9-6pm.
General Rules
1. Property Care
Please respect and treat the facility with care. Food and drinks are allowed only after approval (see 3. for alcohol). Although we do not expect excessive cleaning, we would appreciate you clean up after any mess, put back any items used, replace furniture or set pieces to their original location and sweep if there are excessive debris.
2. Staff
If our staff is on site, we will make sure our staff stays out of your way. We appreciate your patronage and will treat your business and associates with courtesy and respect.
3. Smoking, drinking & other substances
We DO NOT allow any smoking or drugs inside the premises.
We allow alcohol on premises with prior approval. You are responsible for ensuring the legal age of those participating. We will have appropriate action taken immediately if we find minors consuming on premises. You may not sell alcohol in any way, including selling “drink tickets” or plastic cups.
4. Gambling
Gambling of any kind is not allowed on premises. You may film, photograph, record, or in any other way portray gambling for the purposes of your production, but you may not host any type of gambling, nor host an event with any type of gambling or any game of chance in which money changes hands.
5. Minors
We take the protection of minors seriously. The physical and mental safety of minors present at the facility is paramount. Labor and sexual exploitation will not be tolerated in any way and will be immediately reported to the authorities.
Supervision
a. No fewer than two adults shall be present and visible at all times when a minor is on-site.
b. No adult (other than a legal guardian) shall be alone with a minor for any period of time without line-of-sight to and from other adults.
c. At least one legal guardian must be present and is responsible for the behaviour of any minor.
