About the Space
Located in the historic Hollywood CA. near Paramount Studios. The studio is a gorgeous 2500sq.ft. photo/video studio that has a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, makeup room and a wardrobe room. With a host of restaurants, prop houses, rental houses nearby. Located 40 minutes from LAX airport, this is a prime studio location for your shoot or event. We have dedicated studio front parking for 6 cars or 4 large vehicles, I also have access to an additional 15 cars at a lot 1/2 blocks east of the studio for $35.00 per car, (needs to be reserved in advance.) Also there is metered and street parking. The studio has wireless internet, AC & Heat and a 10' wide rolling door, 2 wall cyc, 12ft. wide Green Screen sweep and client area. We are a full service studio. Included is grip with (12) full size C-stands, sandbags, (2) steamers, wardrobe racks and many extras. We have 50 seamless colors to choose from at a small charge. We have booms, boxes, scrims and many other amenities. If you need it, we probably have it. I also rent still photo equipment at 20% less than the rental houses if needed. Also I am a commercial advertising photographer with years of experience specializing in Lifestyle, Product and E-commerce photography with full service production capabilities. No job is too large or too small.

Tony was an absolutely lovely host from start to finish. He gave incredibly clear and detailed instructions regarding parking, access, and available equipment - which is SO refreshing. I had zero questions walking into our rental. The space was perfect. Exactly as advertised, and then some! The cyc wall was fresh and clean, making for a flawless shoot. The whole space was well organized and clean, with every amenity we could have asked for. Our very long photo/video day ran late, and Tony was so gracious to accommodate our need for extra time. I would absolutely visit this space again!
