All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This space is perfect for art exhibitions, film (Not sound sensitive) photo shoots, parties, live performances and seminars. Included, A/V equipment -- with 3 Projectors up to 8'x12''. A stage, spot light. Kitchen and bathroom. Located Downtown 1.5 mile from Mercedes Benz Stadium. I have a 4'x 8' Long table that also has a section that can be added to make the table 4'x 16'. I would love to host more live Jazz events. Perfect atmosphere for unique musical events. SATURDAYS ARE 8 HOUR MINIMUM HOLIDAYS are subject to higher fees

Tobacco smoking is prohibited -- hookahs are okay. Some pets are okay. Please discuss with manager. No smoke machines.

You can move almost all furniture but please make an effort to place things back. Take a photo when you come in.

This space was spectacular. I booked this venue to host my solo art exhibition and it was perfect. The space has open walls and a very modern and classy vibe. The space held my guests comfortably (about 80-85 guests). I had a bartender and used the projector that is included in the space for music throughout my event. Everything went well and worked with no issues. I definitely recommend this space, especially to any artist looking to hold a viewing or showcase. The owner was super accommodating for my event and was just a pleasure to work with. I will be booking again in the future!

No, I would not book again.
I used this space for a church service. This booking was disappointing & falsely advertised. The space was not clean, the kitchen was filthy & although advertised as able to be used, the stove was broken & we couldn’t use it to cater properly as planned to our guests. There were random tables with junk in areas around the space as well. The space was also actually being lived in by the host. They even stayed present in the space live-in while my event was happening, and came in & out of their bedroom repeatedly. I’m thankful that my guests were gracious & kept their focus on God while they were present, otherwise I would have been even further irritated by the entire situation.
