Space is perfect for Baby Showers, Brunches, Receptions, Business Meeting, bathrooms located downstairs. Additional Features: Screen 60" Standard 80" Widescreen /Project - $200 Rates Include: Complimentary Wifi Complimentary Water 25 chairs Two Long Benches Two Seating Areas. 8 Square Tables Customization Bar. Space is perfect for Cocktail Hours & Networking Events. RATES ___________________________ Monday - Sunday 11am-1am $250/hour for first 4 hoursand $200/hour thereafter. FEES ___________________________ Outside Food and Beverage - $250 Fee *No Outside Alcohol Allowed-Unless you provide your own liquor license* If purchasing food through the hotel, Food & Beverage Minimum - $500+ tax 21% Admin Fee SECURITY DEPOSIT ___________________________ Day of Event REFUNDABLE Security Deposit of $250 the day of event for damages and overages*** It will only be a credit card authorization and will be refunded within 5 - 7 business days after the day of the event.

Kudos to the team for making everything perfect. We held a 13th birthday party for my son, superhero style. This was the perfect venue for us. My guests felt welcomed and everyone had a great time. Will book again.

The Brooklyn Hotel was a beautiful venue. My event went smoothly and Elle was very helpful and responsive during the entire process. The space was exactly as advertised and our guests loved it.
