We provide our hosts with the perfect blank palette. From photoshoots and Video shoot, We are a space that gives the affordable flexibility to create your own vision; while incorporating our expertise to ensure a memorable booking. We have ample parking , Wifi and we can provide you with all your print needs as well. This is rate is for photo and video use only. Please give yourself setup/breakdown time when selecting your booking time.
BEVERAGES + FOOD Outside beverage and food are permitted. We do not offer or permit cash bar. Client is responsible for food, beverages, plates, silverware, cups, ice, straws, napkins & linen etc. No cooking allowed on site. Chafers with sternos are permitted for warming food. Client is responsible to clear plates, cups, and trash during the event. DECOR No taping or tacking to walls, confetti or glitter, animals of any kind or tapered candles/exposed flames. Weighted balloons are permitted. All decor must be approved by management and removed at close of event. MUSIC SMB house system is complimentary for client iPod or computer playlist only. Sound levels are restricted. Please inquire about our recommendations. PARKING Parking is available and free. SMOKING No smoking allowed inside SMB Creative Studio. No exceptions. VENDORS Outside vendors are welcome. Equipment and rentals must be delivered during event load in and picked up during load out at close of event. RENTAL FURNITURE Tables and chairs are not including in your booking. We have two(2) 6 foot tables and 10 chairs available at no extra cost. We work with and event rental compay that is 10 mins away from our location , we can provide you with their infomation if additoonal items need to rented.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Great place for a photo shoot, sasha responded quickly to questions about the studio I had before I booked it. I was able to do a walk through before my photo shoot. Overall a great experience
Sasha was extremely responsive during the booking process. We needed to add time at the last minute and Sasha was able to accommodate our requests. Quinton was there on site and was very helpful. He answered any questions we had and was also pleasant in general. The space was just as it looked in the pictures online. Very nice!
