- Due to our polished cement floor, shoes or bare feet required at all times. - No loud noises after 10:00 p.m. - Use of Kitchenette. Groups intending to utilize the kitchenette must abide by the following guidelines: - Kitchenette shall be cleaned after each use. Any spills should be cleaned up. - All dishes and utensils use shall be washed, dried, and returned to the cabinet space from whence they came. Nothing should be left on the countertops. - In case of breakage, please inform Building Use Administrator of broken item. - No food or beverage shall be left in the refrigerator or freezer after event is finished. - To preserve the usability of our space: Any crafting materials used must be larger than ¼ inch. NO DUCT TAPE: On glass, scotch tape; on walls, painters tape, on floors, gaffers tape. No nails, hooks or tacks. Candles must have a protective surface underneath and supervised at all times. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning is a flat fee of $40, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. NO SMOKING
This was an incredible venue to rent!! The people are so nice! Had trouble getting in touch in the beginning, but once I did, they were very responsive and trusting. We will definitely be renting here again!
We had a *GREAT* experience and day in the space for our team retreat! Plenty of room to move about - TONS of natural light and sense of calm for seeing trees and plants... the kitchen was well stocked and accessible. As we did a 'once around' at the end of the day sharing high lights - the location was most certainly on the list! And transit accessible! We'll book again! :)
