All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

We have shot hundreds of TV shows, Movies, Videos, Photoshoots and more in our location. We are very flexible and make you look good. Our Store sits in the middle of Greenwich Village on 8th street and has great lighting and is easy to alter to your needs. Space easily fits 100+ people.

General Rules

House rules are very flexible. We cater to your needs and could re-arrange the store to fit your ideal scene. Smoking cigarettes or weed is not permissible. Food is permitted as long as you and your team cleans up.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
