we have lots of parking and access for all kinds of vehicals including trailers and box trucks

Our Studio has 8 foot tall Fleetwood Sliding Glass doors the can be opened up to make the front corner of the building have an inside/outside feel. The sun rises to the left of the way the building faces (it faces the ocean) and sets to the right in the west and we get beautiful sunsets

Our location is about 50 feet above Pacfiic Coast Highway so there is some noise but it's a brand new building with thick glass windows so when you are inside the noise is minimal

back part of the studio is often used for hair/make up or clothing fitting- we also have the Airstream that can be used for any of the above

WE have 200amps at the building- there are outlets all over including 3 on the rooftop deck

Our House Rules: - Please leave the property clean in the condition you found it or an additional fee will be assessed for extra cleaning. -No extra guests without permission and payment; - No music or loud talking after 10pm we live in a quiet residential area and need to be respectful of our neighbors so we can continue to share the Sanctuary with guests - We live on the property beyond the lot behind the Buddha, please respect our privacy and do not go wandering beyond the main lot where the Airstreams and tents are or the lot behind the Buddha should there be a need to park there because the other parking area is full -No smoking inside the trailer, tent or studio - Absolutely no fires - No parties without our consent and applicable fees (contact us). - No shoes worn inside the trailer or tents please; - No chemicals or objects beyond toilet paper are allowed flushed down the drain or toilet (We - and Malibu - run on a delicate septic system so please just TP down the toilette); - Please wash off the sand before going inside the trailers or tents in the outdoor shower. - Please do not drive cars onto the hardscaped lot where the building and Airstream are - Any violation of the above rules can result in a loss of up to your complete security deposit Thank you!

everything can be moved around except in the back room where we have some storage for surfboards and other items
