About the Space
Perfect for your special event, launch party, book signing, photoshoot, fashion show, wedding proposal, etc. The possibilities are endless! Rental hours are billed from the beginning of set-up to end of clean-up. Beer and Wine can be served, but not sold. We do not have a kitchen, but catered events are welcome. We do not book past 12:00 midnight. 250 Per HR - 72 People Max Other equipment can be made available - additional chairs, more tables, PROJECTOR, full length mirrors, etc - can be provided for an extra fee - feel free to ask!

Overall, great, with almost everything you'd need. Some of the overhead lights didn't work and the noise levels were very high. Highly highly recommend for photoshoots and videos that don't have audio!

We arrived to see an extremely dirty cyclorama; the floor was not clean at all & editing that out somehow in post for our video will take way too long. Moreover, we were promised video spotlights and were only provided one. The space is simply not clean and there is false advertising on what they truly offer. This was definitely my least professional and least amicable experience via Peerspace and especially with a photo/video studio.

Amazing experience. The host was super kind in helping our beginner level photographer understand the lighting setup. It was so spacious for the price and accommodated the 15-20 people that came in and out (in a great central location) throughout our 2 hour session. Would 100% recommend to book this space!

space has potential, the cyc wall is huge but i didn’t have the best experience. many of the c-stands were broken. maybe i just got unlucky, but a previous renter of the space stole the wireless triggers for the strobes, so that ate into my time. all in all, a fine experience but probably won’t return
