All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Our intimate (560 sq/ft) studio is filled with natural light and is customizable to your needs. We offer a lounge area, makeup station, and workspace with a wall mounted TV. There is space with a white wall or colorful backdrops perfect for small photoshoots. Someone will always be available to greet you at the studio. City Point Brooklyn, the largest food, shopping and entertainment destination in the borough is only a 7 minute walk from the studio. General Rules
Rental time includes setup and tear down so please consider that while booking.
Please leave the space in the same condition you found it. Accidents do happen. Any spills? Please clean up after yourself. Cleaning supplies and paper towels are available.
Furniture and all provided equipment should be handled with CARE. If you don't know how to use it, please reach out to me with questions.
Renters will be held responsible and fees assessed for any damage inflicted on studio equipment while in their possession.
No smoking in the studio. No exceptions! If there are any signs of smoking a fee of $100 will be assessed.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.
Out of all the places ive shot in Peerspace, this was the best one. First of all, Stacy was like a mother, friend, and advisor to me. She treated me and my client very well. She helped and showed me how to set up for the photo shoot. Gave me tips and info about how to use the camera,lights, etc.. The space was fantastic. I give this and her a 10 out of 10. I would recommend this place and the lovely host Stacy to everyone. She was very responsive to my messages and we had a chemistry and conversation going like we already been friends. She a beauty.
