If you require additional chairs we would be happy to help you organize rentals through firstname.lastname@example.org. There is 1 1/2 restrooms, one on each floor. The space is located on the second floor and requires walking up a flight of stairs. There is no elevator.. There will always be an on-site manager present in case you need any assistance throughout your booking. The space is a converted motorcycle shop originally built in the late 2000's and has many original qualities still intact. It served as an event space and art gallery for the past 10 years. We are two blocks from the heart of Valencia street, 6 blocks from Dolores Park, a half block from the 16th St Mission BART, and located on a side street away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets of the Mission.
OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
This space was great for our company day retreat! The host, Johnny, was very quick to respond, accommodating to our special requests, and was extremely helpful. Johnny was on-site to help me get set up with the projector, speakers, and music. He was nice enough to chat with some of our people who had questions about the unique space. The space itself is really amazing! There is beautiful art pieces all over the place. Johnny had everything set up for us so we could begin our activities right when we arrived. This space is great for work events, but I could also see it being the perfect spot for a non-work event, holiday party, etc. I definitely recommend this venue!
Such a great experience hosting my team’s working offsite here. Not only was everyone who lived in the space super helpful, but they were the absolute best hosts to me and my team members throughout the entire day. The space has everything and more already stocked up for a team to host workshop at, and it was the perfect size for my team of 34. Clear communication was provided all the hosts beforehand and throughout the day of the offsite, truly can’t recommend this peerspace location enough!
This space was awesome! Very beautifully and tastefully decorated. The group had a great time and it was a very useful added bonus to have the projector. It would have just been nice to know that there were people living here and that they would be there during the event.
Very cool space that was perfect for our cocktail reception. Johnny was super easy to work with and communicate with, and day up set up with out caterer was a breeze. Beautiful light and great event
