Our art gallery warehouse loft is a creative community space that has been featured in The Washington Post, The New Yorker, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal for its uniquely creative versatile setup and cross-functional design perfect for events, workshops, off-sites, and production. Check out the video of our most recent art show featured in The Washington Post: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GSRa5Bvy-10 Walk through the shell of the space in 3D (note that this is an old set of furniture/paint job and that the photos on the Facebook page reflect the current look): www.bit.ly/thesubvr Huge windows give off plenty of light, and blackout curtains are perfect for photo shoots, video shoots, interviews and more. Our latest music video shoot was most recently featured in Paste Magazine: https://www.pastemagazine.com/articles/2017/05/cathedrals-dont-act-like-a-stranger-video.html We have 15 folding chairs and can setup miscellaneous couches and other seating options for about another 15 people. If you require additional chairs we would be happy to help you organize rentals through firstname.lastname@example.org. • Blackout curtains • Huge windows with natural light • Industrial art gallery vibes • Plenty of plants and greenery Located around the corner from 16th and Mission BART, our art gallery warehouse loft is centrally located and at most about a 20 minute commute from anywhere in San Francisco. There is metered street parking outside. The vibe is that of an industrial loft on the second floor of a former motorcycle shop turned architecture firm. Our neighbors include the Homeless Resource Center, so the area outside of the space much like most of San Francisco has homeless people. They're friendly and harmless so safety has never been an issue in the 10 years we've been here, but we want to clearly communicate that this is a reality and to clearly set expectations. The warehouse itself is an oasis and completely safe and clean :) Other features include: • Fully functional kitchen • Dimmable lighting • Super high ceilings • 2 long slab live edge wooden tables • 3 configurable bar tables There is 1 1/2 restrooms, one on each floor. The space is located on the second floor and requires walking up a flight of stairs. There is no elevator.. There will always be an on-site manager present in case you need any assistance throughout your booking. The space is a converted motorcycle shop originally built in the late 2000's and has many original qualities still intact. It served as an event space and art gallery for the past 10 years. We are two blocks from the heart of Valencia street, 6 blocks from Dolores Park, a half block from the 16th St Mission BART, and located on a side street away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets of the Mission.
