Inside a versatile, open plan home with abundant natural light and neutral white/gray walls and flooring lends itself to a wide range of creative uses. The location features a quiet environment with a large parking pad atop a private driveway, close, easy access to the 405 and 101, and no gated community/HOA issues. This home has been used previously as the primary location of an Activision+Cartoon Network brand campaign, and an Ensure advertising campaign. Homeowner works in advertising and understands location needs for photo/video shoots and is happy to customize the offering based on Art Department needs.
Available for all professional photo / video shoots. Moving of furniture and objects is allowed as long as everything is returned to exactly how you found it. Trash and Recycling bins are available for use. Valid Production Insurance must be provided that covers liability for any damage to the home/location. No smoking inside. No pets inside without owner's permission. Do not sit on the wooden fence outside. Note that large / low vehicles need to enter the driveway from Crisp Canyon, not from Madelia.
