About the Space

1,100 sq ft space that can accommodate multiple purposes including private meetings, workshops, trainings, and conferences. This suite is located on the mezzanine floor and has large windows that look over 14th Street in Downtown Oakland and allow for great natural light. /// ROOM INCLUDES /// • Modular tables on wheels • Rolling Chairs or Stationary Chairs /// ADDITIONAL AMENITIES /// • 50 folding chairs • 5 6-ft folding tables • A portable projector and screen with all HDMI cables and adapters (VGA, Thunderbolt, USB-C) ANY OUTSIDE FOOD IS WELCOME!!!! Please inquire about additional charges for extra services and amenities, such as Early Setup & Cleanup, full PA System, art removal, and late night fees, etc.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
The space has informational signage including:
  • Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors

No, I would not book again.

While the space was fine (unfortunately loud from the street) there were several issues upon arrival, including but not limited to: -The space was not ready when we arrived -They attempted to change the location(TO AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT PART OF TOWN) 15 minutes before the event began -Entry into the building alone required 3 different phone calls as the call button does not work -And despite paying extra for the space to be set up, my own staff had to set up the chairs for this meeting.

Yes, I would book again.

I love this space! I had my gender reveal here. The space was perfect. We had more than enough space with lots of natural lighting from all the windows. The host was very responsive. The entire team was prompt and ready to assist on site. Looking to book my baby girl first birthday.

This space was a great find. They were super accommodating and friendly, and the walls are covered with amazing artwork. Everyone loved the space!
