1500 sq ft luxurious loft apartment, that can accommodate multiple purposes including private meetings, workshops, trainings, conferences, exhibits, and events. The Gallery space is a self contained suite, offering even more privacy for groups that require exclusive space for a long session. /// ROOM INCLUDES /// • Private Full Bathroom with Shower & Tub • Private Kitchen with gas stove, refrigerators, and two sinks • Lofted area for quiet space, DJs, emcees, or even storage • A portable projector and screen with all HDMI cables and adapters (VGA, Thunderbolt, USB-C) ANY OUTSIDE FOOD IS WELCOME!!!! /// ADDITIONAL AMENITIES /// • 50 folding chairs • 5 6-ft folding tables • 8 6ft rolling tables • LCD projector and screen are included in each rental. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
