1500 sq ft luxurious loft apartment, that can accommodate multiple purposes including private meetings, workshops, trainings, conferences, exhibits, and events. This luxurious loft space is a self contained suite, offering even more privacy for groups that require exclusive space for a long session. /// ROOM INCLUDES /// • Private Full Bathroom with Shower & Tub • Private Kitchen with gas stove, refrigerators, and two sinks • Lofted area for quiet space, DJs, emcees, or even storage • A portable projector and screen with all HDMI cables and adapters (VGA, Thunderbolt, USB-C) ANY OUTSIDE FOOD IS WELCOME!!!! /// ADDITIONAL AMENITIES /// • 50 folding chairs • 5 6-ft folding tables • 8 6ft rolling tables • LCD projector and screen are included in each rental. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters

Yes, I would book again.

This was a beautiful space. Support was fantastic. We filmed audition videos in the space. Floor was rather dusty, so a little more damp mopping would help. Would rent again.

The venue was perfect for our celebration. Zochi Young, the bookings manager, was extremely helpful with all aspects of our planning and implementation.
