Hi there! This space is truly a hidden gem in the East Bay. The space is 750 square feet and is comprised of beautiful exposed timber, brick, and concrete that has been recently renovated. The space is perfect for an event up to 50 people. There is both metered and non-metered street-parking available and best of all the venue is extremely accessible from the freeways and highways (right of I-80!). The space comes with a kitchenette, small appliances, bathrooms, heat control, gorgeous handcrafted tables and chairs, and an open floor plan. On the technology side, we provide a Bluetooth speaker system, wireless LED colored lighting that you can customize to your color scheme, a home cinema projector and wallscreen, and smart locks. There are 14 outlets spread around the venue as well. The West Berkeley neighborhood is an up-and-coming part of the East Bay that is full of young families, artists, and technology companies. You are responsible for removing all items you bring into the space, including garbage and recycling. Basically, we are aiming for a leave no trace policy. We will clean thoroughly before you rent so that is sparkling upon your arrival. We will take care of a full cleaning after the event, but ask that you remove anything you've brought in. You may bring in any food and drink that you would like. You may bring your own catering service as well.
This was our second time using the space and it was great, again! Our event attendees always rave about this space when they fill out their program evaluations. It's such a great step up from using a hotel banquet facility.
The space was absolutely beautiful. It was exactly what we needed and was a great space for what we needed for our meeting. It really helped us bond the way we wanted to. The only thing that I would have liked was directions on how to use the projector and stereo. I want to book this exact space for more meetings!!!
