Affordable Venice Fashion Shoot Home ft. Lush Private Garden

Welcome to our Venice Boho Bungalow! This is one of two locations on the property, for more details and photos of both spaces find us on https://www.instagram.com/designhome.la/ ABOUT US We've been a Power Host on Peerspace since 2018, and have hosted over 400 projects - from big name photoshoots (Everlane, Reformation, Playboy) to music videos (Def Jam, Universal) to reality TV, OnlyFans and TikTok. We host it all! Currently, our STRONG preference is projects with LESS THAN 5 people. Due to high demand for the space, and respect for the neighborhood, larger headcount will pay more regardless of still/film/event. That said, we're flexible and we'll always try our best to make a project work for the right price. PARKING/LOGISTICS One of the best features of the location is THE LOCATION, we are situated at the heart of Venice, yet we have a wide low traffic street with lots of parking. We also have two spaces in the driveway that are available. Aside from street sweeping (Tues/Weds mornings 8am-10am) and garbage day (Monday morning) their is usually 3-5 empty parking spaces around the house. There are no stairs other than the two steps to get up to the front door and the location provides easy load-in/load out. It is also a very private space (and relatively quiet) space that can accommodate boudoir/nudity around the house and in the backyard without disruption or view from neighbors. For rentals, you will have full access to house with full privacy as needed, though we will typically check-in with the shoot at the beginning to walk through the space, and 30 minutes before the end of booking to confirm you're on schedule and don't need to pay for extra time! DON'T REACH OUT IF... You're a BIG team (10+), and you have a SMALL budget :) It's nothing personal, but Venice Beach is a very expensive neighborhood with very small properties. If you have decent budget (over $2k/day) and proper permits we can try to work something out, but generally, we like to host model/photographer projects, brand shoots, and other lightweight photo work. Location is pretty much available AS IS, light set dressing is fine, but we're not interested in projects requiring moving larger furniture, external lighting rigs, smoke machines, special effects, fight scenes, weapons, fake blood etc. etc. We're proud to be one of the most affordable houses available for filming on the West Side, but we also LIVE HERE, and we've found from experience that smaller shoots are a better fit for the space.
