This modern professional conference room is perfect for any meeting. Comfortably seating 10, this space is sure to impress your clients or employees. Located on the ground floor of a mid rise apartment community, this space provides easy access for your Marina Del Ray/Venice Beach meetings. The Space Features: 50 inch TV - (please bring your own HDMI cable for presentations) WiFi Seating for up to 14 with comfortable seating for 10 Counter top area for buffet style food service or snacks. Glass enclosed wall - makes the space feel open while providing audible privacy The space is pet and smoking free. Alcohol may not be served/consumed in this space at anytime. Space is handicap accessible. Restrooms are located near the space. Parking is available on the street.
Depending on your event we may require a Certificate of Insurance prior to a booking. Event Insurance can be purchased by visiting www.theventhelper.com Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby. Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends. We are located inside a residential apartment home community, so please know that you may see our wonderful residents and their pets as you enter and exit the building. Please be mindful of that when booking your event. Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 30 min before and after your event time. We DO NOT supply an HDMI cable, bottled water, and or eating utensils/plates. All guest hosts are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event. Please follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies. We are so happy to have you!

Space was very clean, looked exactly like the pictures and was perfect for our 3-person planning meeting. It was conveniently close to coffee shops and a bunch of restaurants. Christine or the space supervisor were willing to lock the space for us whenever we left for coffee or meals. There were no disruptions, and the bathrooms were clean.
