All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This modern club room lounge is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling. A wall mounted flat screen TV and pool table make this space ideal for getting friends and family together, sure to impress. The space features: Pool Table Mounted 60 inch TV Casual seating for 18-25 guests High top table and chairs for formal dining for 8 guests Direct access to the space through the lobby Fully private space This space can comfortably hold up to 18-25 guests for mixer events if not everyone needs to be seated at the same time. We do recommend that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable. • Face coverings are required for unvaccinated individuals in indoor public settings, in accordance with the California Department of Public Health. Also, if you have in-person contact with one of our team members, a face covering is required.

Depending on your event we may require a Certificate of Insurance prior to a booking. Event Insurance can be purchased by visiting www.theventhelper.com
Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free.
Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby on the first floor.
Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends.
We are located inside a residential apartment home community, so please know that you may see our wonderful residents and their pets as you enter and exit the building. Please be mindful of that when booking your event.
Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time.
For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met.
We DO NOT supply an HDMI cable, bottled water, and eating utensils/plates.
All guest hosts are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event.

I really enjoyed this space. It was well kept, clean and easy to get to. Having the pool table there was a fun way to entertain guest and kept them busy while I greeted other guess and while I took care of the food . I didn't bring any decorations because the place was so nice that there really wasn't a need for it. I would definitely recommend this location for a gathering under 25. Also, Courtney was so helpful and answered my questions very quickly. 5 stars!!!

I absolutely loved this space! It was everything I envisioned my party to be plus more! I loved how everything was in one enclosed space so I could keep an eye on all of my guests. It was a small party, so this was more than enough. Having a bathroom in the same space also definitely aided in hosting the party. Courtney was also beyond helpful with any questions I had and definitely went out of her way to ensure that I had everything set and ready to go for my party. She's super responsive and works well with the onsite team to make sure that I had every little detail planned out. The only downside to this event space was trying to locate it from the parking lot. I had a couple of guests have a hard time walking over to the clubhouse since it was near the front, but Courtney and the on-site team did their very best to make it as easy as possible. Overall, I loved the space and the vibe of the entire environment. I felt safe & everyone had a fun time.
