This professional conference room is perfect for any meeting. Comfortably seating 8, this space is sure to impress your clients or employees. Located in Marina Del Rey near Venice Beach, this space provides easy access for all your meetings. The Space Features: 46 inch TV - (Bring your own HDMI cable for presentations) WiFi Seating for 8 Glass enclosed wall - makes the space feel open while providing audible privacy The space is pet and smoking free. Alcohol may not be served/consumed in this space at anytime. Space is handicap accessible. Restrooms are located near the space. Parking is available onsite for no additional fee.
Depending on your event we may require a Certificate of Insurance prior to a booking. Event Insurance can be purchased by visiting www.theventhelper.com Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby. Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends. We are located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents and their pets as you enter and exit the building. Please be mindful of that when booking your event. Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 30 min before and after your event time. We DO NOT supply an HDMI cable, bottled water, and eating utensils/plates. All guest hosts are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event. Please follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies. We are so happy to have you!
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. We needed a clean space to have our meeting and they offered and we were very satisfied. The lighting was softer which we liked since it went on for 5 hours straight.. so our eyes were not strained. Everyone was sweet.

Misleading description. This seemed like a conference room in an office building. In fact, it is a conference room at a condo/ apartment complex. This should be openly disclosed. It was not suitable for professional meeting with clients. Parking: Please have instructions for parking, codes, where to park, address of parking structure. Once parked, clear directions where to go. Availability: Our Agent Christine, was not responsive. I called, left messages, and did not hear back. Our Agent should be on call at least at start of meeting. Fortunately, I was hosting an internal meeting so the hiccups were tolerable. Would have been totally embarrassed if hosting clients. Resources: No HDMI cable. We were not able to use the flat screen at all. We had to huddle around our laptops. Not conducive for presentations. Privacy: This conference room was in the club house near the mailroom. Although quiet, the glass walls offered no privacy from the tenants. Very distracting and not professional setting. Bathroom: Decent cleanliness. Although it was single occupancy and upstairs. Not convenient, especially if hosting clients. Plusses: Felice was nice enough to allow us to extend our reservation for 60 minutes. She tried to find an HDMI cable. When asked, she kindly provided water bottles. She adjusted thermostat. Finally, she offered her personal cell phone so that we could re-enter the parking garage after our group dinner.

Christine was very prompt in responding to my questions regarding the meeting room. Booking the room was actually much easier than I had anticipated. About the Space: The meeting room is located at an apartment complex in a residential area just off Jefferson Way and Lincoln - do not try to access the location from Washington because it is blocked off. Once you arrive you will find that the conference room is located inside the front leasing office through the offices. The conference room looks exactly as posted in the ad; it was clean, well lit, media ready and spacious. Parking: There are 3 regular & 2 handicap parking spots in front. If the spaces are taken you may need to park in the structure around the corner - no street parking except around the corner also. When I arrived there were no parking spaces available, so I had to park in a handicap space in order to unload my items for the meeting. I was then directed to the parking structrue around the corner. Guess parking is on the 6th floor (roof top). Once you finally make it to the roof top, you will need to walk down two floors and take the elevator from the 4th floor. From there you will need to walk past the pool area, exit and then re-enter through the front door. Ending the meeting: The use of the space was great; but at the end of my meeting we were leaving and realized someone in the office had locked the joining door. The UPS guy directed my client out - I stayed to clean up and decided to knock on the door to let the office person know I was done and to also leave my items by the front so I didn't have to carry everything through the apartment complex and up two flights of stairs. I banged on the door for several minutes and no one answered, although I could hear people on the other side. Overall: The conference room is very nice. The price is excellect, Christine was prompt and the front office was friendly. The negative part for me was the parking. I found the parking situation to be extremely inconvenient and avoidable. If your office is renting a space for a meeting you should at least have one space reserved for the person who reserved the meeting room. I would recommend the space if you don't mind the hassle and if you are lucky to snag a parking space in the front. I would not book here again unless a more convenient parking situation is guaranteed.
