Situated on the waterfront in the vibrant neighborhood of Dumbo, this space offers a truly unique venue for film and photo shoots, private parties and corporate events. The building is across the street from the picturesque Brooklyn Bridge Park between the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges with breathtaking views of the City skyline. Located in the recently renovated "Boiler Building", the gallery is an especially exciting space with tremendous architectural elements. The 6,000 square foot gallery boasts a ceiling that soars to 35 feet. There are 25 windows on two levels providing beautiful light and a spectacular view of Manhattan and the East River. Consider the Convenience: Just one subway stop from Manhattan with easy access to the BQE, Manhattan & Brooklyn Bridges and ample parking in nearby garages. The building is handicap accessible. Consider our history: The 92 Plymouth Street building has an interesting history. The Gair Company constructed the building in 1910 to act as a boiler house. The boilers inside generated steam that was transported under the streets providing heat and power to the other Gair properties in the neighborhood. The building's industrial history remains evident in the giant concrete coal hopper stretching 70 feet in length and suspended 18 feet overhead by steel and concrete columns.
