We have our own small private parking lot for you and your guest with additional parking located nearby. Perfect for groups of up to 30 people (reduced due to Covid-19). Space is clean and well kept with a friendly host/staff who will be present throughout the duration of your stay to help you with setting up, clean up, and assist you as you conduct your event, meeting, or project. Standard Cleaning Fee $25 Flat Reduced Cleaning Fee $10 Flat Only applicable to gatherings where there is very limited to no: food, drinks, or decor. Extended Cleaning Fee +$25 on top of Standard Cleaning Fee This fee may be applied to gatherings that leave an excessive amount of trash, spillage on the floor, spillage of confetti and glitter, paint or makeup spillage, or leaving leftover catered food

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Patrick went above and beyond for our booking for my baby shower. He was very responsive in the days leading up to our event and extremely accommodating on the day of. The venue itself was clean, well equipped, and easy to access. I didn’t have to bring any of my own bulky furniture or tech items because he had it all (tables, chairs, projector, speakers, laptop, mic, etc..) If I could rate Patrick and his studio 10 stars I would! 110% will book again and suggest you do too!

What can I say, Patrick was so amazing. He set up the tables and chairs just the way I wanted them to look. Patrick even helped us out setting everything up. He met all of my needs, he was so understanding when some of my guest arrived late. Of course I had to extend my time but he didn't mind staying late. To be a peerspace client, Patrick has by far been the best owner to work with. This space was so intimate, my guest were inquiring about booking there events. Book this space, I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
