This gem of a space will leave a lasting impression. Easily located along a main street about a mile south from the freeway. We have our own small private parking lot for you and your guest with additional parking located nearby. Perfect for groups up to 40 people. Space is clean and well kept with friendly host/staff who will be present throughout the duration of your stay to help you with set up, clean up, and assist you as you conduct your event, meeting, or project. Our passion is to make sure you have the best experience possible. We can fit about a dozen vehicles in our private lot. Street parking in front of the studio and adjacent street is welcomed.
-Time for Set up and Clean up: Please account for set up and clean up in the time you rent the studio. The earliest we open the doors is 15 minutes prior to your start time. - Decorating You are welcomed to bring in your own decorations. Decorations can only be taped to the walls using only scotch tape, painter's tape, masking tape, or packaging tape. No duct tape, mounting (double sided) tape, or stickers. No taping or stickers on the floor. No stickers on the windows. No gluing, stapling, or pinning decor. -Trash and Toiletries The studio will provide trash bags and toiletries for you event. Trash bags will be used for trash purposes only and will not be distributed for transporting belongings, gifts, leftovers, etc. Staff handles trash however guest are asked to dispose waste in the properly marked bin. - Time extensions and grace period If availability permits, the host may extend their time by up to one hour at the regular rate. Any time extended beyond that is charged 1.5 times the regular rate. The event has a 15 minute grace period after their booked time has expired to vacate the space. If the space is not vacated within that time, the host automatically incurs an automatic charge for an additional half hour from the end of their original booked time. If the space is not vacated 30 minutes from the end of their original booked time, the host automatically incurs an automatic charge for an additional hour from the end of their original booked time. -Pets The studio is pet friendly, however the owner of the assumes full responsibility for the pet and must provide the necessities that pet needs. - Alcohol Alcohol is allowed in the studio as long as: the event is private (not advertised or open to the public), it is not being sold, it is not being served to or consumed by underage guest, it is not being distributed to any person not associated with the event, and our staff is not ask to serve it. If the event is open to or advertised to the public, proper permits must be obtained by the host and a licensed bartender must be hired to serve the alcohol. -Vendors: Entertainers & Caterers If the event wished utilize the services of an third party vendor (ie. DJ, Bounce House, Inflatable, Magician, Characters, Taco Man, Bartender, and others likewise), that vendor must provide the studio with proof of liability coverage and waiver must be signed waiving the studio, its staff, and Peerspace of any and all liability associated with the involvement of those vendors.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Absolutely the perfect place to have an event! Patrick is very accommodating and he answered all my questions so fast before my event! All chairs, tables and table cloth were set up before we got there, all we had to do was bring in the food. If we needed a plug or extension cord he immediately provided it. The back space was perfect to store other items like extra food or drinks. He had the amp ready for us to use which was perfect since my guests and I love to dance. I had a mini game night and the space was perfect for my 30 guests! I would definitely rebook this space again and/or recommend it for others!
