Lya is a great host, super helpful and accommodating. My guest and I really enjoyed the space. The location is close to the train, very cleaning, and amazing lighting. Cant wait to book again!
Great space for my event. The hostess was amazing and very accommodating, helpful. She even attending the workshop! This is the perfect place for an intimate gathering or seminar!
Lya was incredible ! Her space was so incredible and intimate. She was very patient and responded fast to any questions I had. I definitely will be booking this loft again ! My guests loved it as much as I did !
Lya was extremely responsive to all questions prior to the event. The Space is beautiful and appears as advertised. I had an art auction/music/exhibition in her studio and it housed my guests (30). When we arrived to set up for the auction, there were approximately 30-45 pairs of old/used shoes at the door on a rack. (Which we had to carry and lug into her personal space which is located behind the white curtain). The white curtain kept flying open throughout the event exposing a very messy room that was crowded with all of her personal belongings. Additionally, the Kitchen sink was full of dishes and crowded with her personal belongings, my staff took the time to wash all of the dishes for her that were in the sink. There is very poor ventilation. Every attendee was fully drenched in sweat throughout the event although she provided 3 fans and opened the windows. The final downside of this event was the ending. At the end, the host approached me asking her where her bike was and why I used the drawing stand that is in photos on this website and which I had previously requested permission via Peerspace messenger to use. The host said she left her bike somewhere OUTSIDE of the studio space, UNLOCKED, and UNACCOUNTED FOR, and now it is not there. She then spent 20 minutes telling me it is not my fault but she is really upset she lost the bike. (WHICH WAS OUTSIDE OF THE STUDIO WHICH I HAD NO IDEA WAS THERE) She then charged me 300$ on peerspace to pay for it. Very sad ending.
