This highly unique space is an old soda pop factory that has been converted to a residence. The space has been highly publicized, including in Crains Chicago as the Luxury House of the Week. The usable Peerspace space is an enclosed but open-air courtyard attached to a large, high-ceilinged event space which includes a kitchen. The space also includes an eccentric library/sitting room and a bathroom. The space is in West Town, close to the highway. There is free street parking in the neighborhood.
Smoking is okay in the courtyard but definitely not in the house. Pets are not allowed in the living room, but may stay in the courtyard.
The space is absolutely amazing. It was the perfect venue for my 30th 1920's themed birthday bash and set the vibe from beginning to end. The place is exactly as pictured - but even better in person. Tom was great to communicate with and was speedy with any questions I had. Would highly recommend! My only complaint is that I can't live here everyday, hah!
The owner,Tom, was great to work with, both before making the decision to go with his space and answering questions promptly once we confirmed. This unique space allowed our guests to mingle seamlessly between the two spaces and the generous kitchen island made serving food/drinks very accessible for everyone. We couldn’t have found a more perfect space for our Farewell Open House. Thank you Tom! J.Jorden
This space is beautiful and I received many compliments on the space! Tom was a great host and It would've been helpful of possibly have him on site during the event of a " venue manager to regulate the space.
This space was perfect for my Italian Garden birthday party! It was stunning and the most beautiful location. Better then the pictures. Tom was very responsive and great to coordinate with. I highly recommend booking this space for your next event!
Absolutely stunning venue, even better in person. It was the perfect location for our intimate wedding celebration. Host was very responsive and easy to work with.
