Upstairs is a light filled open space, downstairs is a full stage and performance venue with lights and sound - be transported in time and space! • Furniture available: 37 antique arm chairs; 22 wooden folding chairs; 14 wooden bar stools, fram table, folding table, misc cocktail tables • Piano must be left in place on stage and covered if there is the possibility of any liquid exposure; Grand piano may be rolled but must remain on main level and must be covered if used to serve food. • Furniture may be moved for your event; please replace and leave as you found the venue. No mounting of lights on walls or installation of any kind is allowed • DO NOT STACK ANTIQUE ARM CHAIRS; if not using, store behind stage • Approved sound engineer required for any use of lower level sound system; no drinks in sound booth • NO FOOD ON LOWER LEVEL AT ANY TIME • NO SMOKING ANYWHERE IN VENUE • Bar will not be open or stocked for production only rentals • If filming, it is Organizer’s responsibility to inform guests and provide consent forms etc.
