Two full levels for meetings, lectures, fireside chats, business tea parties, you name it. Upstairs is a light filled open space, downstairs is a full stage and performance venue with lights and sound - be transported in time and space! Upstairs: gorgeous bar / grand piano / movable seating / multiple windows for natural light / food prep space / mini sound system. Guests up to 60 Downstairs: built-in full sound system / stage lights / raised stage / piano / second bar / seats for up to 65. Can be configured with theater seating or supper club style with misc cocktail tables. Standing = up to 80 guests. Beautiful piano and antique rug live on the stage, other instruments may be brought in. Reclaimed and antique wood paneling, two rustic bars, creative light fixtures and antique furniture on two levels all add to a truly unique vibe. We are easy to get to, in the heart of The Mission and only 1/2 block away from a public parking garage. Restaurants and markets are plentiful in the area as is coffee! Restrooms, food prep area and green room on site.
• Furniture available: 37 antique arm chairs; 22 wooden folding chairs; 14 wooden bar stools, fram table, folding table, misc cocktail tables • Piano must be left in place on stage and covered if there is the possibility of any liquid exposure; Grand piano may be rolled but must remain on main level and must be covered if used to serve food. • Furniture may be moved for your event; please replace and leave as you found the venue. No mounting of lights on walls or installation of any kind is allowed • DO NOT STACK ANTIQUE ARM CHAIRS; if not using, store behind stage • Approved sound engineer required for any use of lower level sound system; no drinks in sound booth • NO FOOD ON LOWER LEVEL AT ANY TIME • NO SMOKING ANYWHERE IN VENUE • Bar will not be open or stocked for production only rentals • If filming, it is Organizer’s responsibility to inform guests and provide consent forms etc.
